Services Engineer_ Data Centre

<p>Working Location , Causeway Bay, Kwun Tong , Kwai Chung, North Point </p><p></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>•</p><p>To arrange and coordinate HVAC system maintenance and repair works</p><p>•</p><p>To supervise project schedule and budget per contract requirements</p><p>•</p><p>To prepare service proposal, tendering documents, quotation, technical report per customer requests</p><p>•</p><p>To monitor field staff and sub-contractor performance as well as site management</p><p>•</p><p>To perform failure analysis, IR reporting and documentation, PM scheduling, etc</p><p>•</p><p>To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>•</p><p>Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or other engineering discipline</p><p>•</p><p>Possess 2 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M / Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts</p><p>•</p><p>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese</p><p>•</p><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>•</p><p>Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure</p>
