Social media promotion specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing the company's social media promotion strategy in the Hong Kong region, covering Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Xiaohongshu platforms.
• Based on market trends and brand positioning, write compelling Chinese and English promotional copy, and post it on various social platforms on time.
• Design and optimize company website content to ensure information is up-to-date and consistent with brand image and user experience needs.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, monitor budget allocation, pricing models, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize promotional investment return.
• Create high-quality video content, including editing short videos, adding special effects and subtitles, and improving user interaction and brand exposure.

Work requirements

• Have more than 3 years of social media marketing or digital marketing related work experience, familiar with the local social platform operation environment and user behavior in Hong Kong.
• Proficient in the content publishing mechanism, algorithm logic, and advertising charging mode of major mainstream platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, IG, Xiaohongshu).
• Have actual success cases, able to display specific data on how to boost fan growth, interaction rate or conversion results in the past on social media.
• Proficient in using video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or CapCut), with basic special effects and animation production abilities.
• Have a basic understanding of the new energy industry, especially the electric vehicle charging pile market, and have good English reading and writing abilities to handle international data and communication.
