<p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 8+ years of IT operations experience</p><p>- Proven experience designing and maintaining enterprise network systems and data centers</p><p>- Deep knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)</p><p>- Hands-on expertise with Windows, Linux, UNIX and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)</p><p>- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) a plus</p><p>- Proficiency in SAN storage solutions, email servers and group communication platforms</p><p>- Strong Oracle database administration skills; backup, recovery and performance tuning</p><p>- Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)</p><p>- Skilled in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and configuration management</p><p>- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc.)</p><p>- Working knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault or equivalent)</p><p>- Understanding of identity and access management (Active Directory, LDAP) and regular auditing</p><p>- ITIL certification or equivalent framework experience; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred</p><p>- Excellent communication skills in English; able to liaise e􀆯ectively with global teams</p><p>- CCIE (or equivalent) certification is a strong plus</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Set up, configure and maintain group-wide infrastructure and network systems, including data centers</p><p>- Provide IT services, solutions and implementations to support business objectives</p><p>- Design, implement and maintain IT security systems; develop and enforce security policies</p><p>- Manage and support group communication systems (e-mail, VoIP, conferencing platforms)</p><p>- Monitor and optimize the performance of servers, software and hardware components</p><p>- Administer and maintain Oracle databases; ensure high availability and performance tuning</p><p>- Develop, test and maintain backup, recovery and disaster-recovery plans; conductregular drills</p><p>- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and applications</p><p>- Manage IT assets and software licenses; ensure compliance with corporate and vendor policies</p><p>- Write and maintain SOPs, technical documentation and runbooks; promote process standardization (ITIL)</p><p>- Automate routine tasks and deployments via scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)</p><p>- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system integrations and support</p><p>- Participate in IT budgeting and cost-control initiatives; recommend optimizations</p><p></p>
