<p>Property Officer<br>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in handling public housing rental agreement-related matters and document sorting.</li><li>Maintain good communication with Housing Authority staff and coordinate daily affairs.</li><li>Handling resident complaints and general inquiries, providing professional answers.</li><li>Regularly inspect property conditions to ensure management quality.</li><li></li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li></li><li>Have one or more years of property management work experience.</li><li>Preference will be given to those holding a license from the Property Management Regulatory Authority No. 2.</li><li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to handle problems independently.</li><li>Able to work in the Chai Wan and Siu Sai Bay areas.</li></ul>
