Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating local and overseas business trips
Maintain communication and coordination with various internal units to ensure information flow and smooth work
Handle the supervisor's personal affairs, business development activities, and project management related tasks
Write and prepare daily reports, process file data, and be responsible for the operation of office daily administrative affairs
Coordinate family and household affairs, and properly arrange related matters
Occasionally, I need to accompany my supervisor on a business trip to provide immediate support
Execute other assigned administrative work and temporary assignments
Work requirements
Must have permanent residency in Hong Kong
Bachelor's degree
Have solid and relevant secretarial work experience, those who have served high-level executives are preferred
Proficient in Chinese and English writing and speaking skills
Applicants with French language skills will be given priority
Proficient in the use of personal computers and MS Office and other commonly used office software
Have good multi-tasking skills and time management techniques
Careful and stable, proactive, and able to handle various affairs independently
