Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional real estate buying and leasing consultation services to customers
Assist in handling customer transaction processes, including document preparation and follow-up
Proactively contact customers, understand their needs and provide suitable property options
Collaborate with internal company teams to ensure smooth transactions
Learning and grasping the latest real estate market information, improving personal professional knowledge

Requirements:

No need to hold a real estate license, welcome newcomers to the industry
Have good communication skills, be able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues
Responsibility, able to independently process and track customer needs
Have basic computer operation knowledge, and be able to use office software to process administrative work
Interested in the real estate industry, willing to accept training and continuous learning
