Job Responsibilities (full-time or part-time)

Master wealth management professional knowledge, provide comprehensive financial planning services to customers, including investment, insurance, retirement planning and asset allocation, etc.
Establish and maintain personal customer portfolios, gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, and provide customized financial solutions
By achieving personal and team performance indicators, strive for promotion to the management layer, leading a business team of 2 to 30 people or more
Participate in company-organized professional training and market activities, and continuously improve professional skills and customer service standards
Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and content creation technology to promote your personal brand and business
Plan and execute customer activities to strengthen customer relationships and business development opportunities

Work requirements

Applicants with fresh graduates and IANG, TTPS, QMAS or dependent visa are welcome, but they must hold a valid Hong Kong work permit
Strongly pursue personal growth and excellent performance, with self-motivation and sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership potential, willingness to accept challenges and actively seek breakthroughs
Passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals, with excellent service awareness and empathy
Have the ability to solve problems and be flexible in changing environments
Value team collaboration while pursuing personal achievement, and be responsible for results
Good Chinese, English, and Mandarin communication skills, able to fluently express themselves in writing and orally
Have a continuous learning attitude, and view challenges as growth opportunities
Applicants with digital marketing, social media operations, content creation (such as Canva, AI tools), event planning, customer service, sales or market promotion experience are preferred.

Benefits

Monthly salary of HKD $25,000 – $35,000, plus a competitive basic allowance of HKD $10,000–50,000
