IQC incoming material inspection

Mainly responsible for the external appearance detection of electronic components, the specific content is:

1. Check the chip size and silk screen printing according to the information in the specifications

2. Proficient in the use of microscopes and other equipment to inspect and take photos for storage, and to prepare reports

3. Check the process to exclude chips that have been ground and polished or replaced with domestic products, and check for bent pins, oxidation, BGA damage, PCB dirt and damage, and two-layer silk screen printing

4. Familiar with mainstream brands such as Ti, Infineon, ADI, Xilinx, Murata, Renesas, Microchip, etc., familiar with their labels and decoding of silk screen printing

Job Requirements

1–2 years of electronic industry QC/quality control experience, familiar with electronic component packaging types, encapsulation types, testing items and processes, and able to operate common electronic component testing equipment and instruments.

Proficient in Office, ERP, and other office software, with English reading and writing abilities, able to independently write quality inspection reports, and able to understand English specifications (Datasheet), PCN, model naming rules, etc.

Understand ISO9001, ESD, etc. systems and standards, have strong quality awareness and principles, good expression, communication skills and sense of responsibility.

College degree or above, electronic engineering, electrical, and other related sciences and technologies are preferred; those with relevant certificates or training are preferred.

Have good data analysis skills, those who can use basic statistical tools are preferred.
