We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our Box Moving Channel Team at CTT Innovation Limited, a specialized distributor of Chinese IT solutions. In this role, you will drive sales growth by leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to expand market share through channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume-driven (box-moving) channel business.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets.
Set KPIs, track performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
2. Channel & Partner Management
Strengthen relationships with resellers and system integrators focused on Chinese networking products.
Identify, onboard and enable new partners to expand volume-driven distribution
Collaborate with vendors to secure joint business plans, promotions, and rebate programs.
3. Sales Growth & Business Development
Drive both high-volume (box-moving) sales.
Develop targeted campaigns to promote our vendor solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide insights on market reception of Chinese IT solutions and recommend adjustments to strategy.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with vendors, marketing, and technical teams to ensure partner enablement and sales readiness.
