Position: Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and promotion of the company's market strategies, including but not limited to preparing materials, advertising, decorating stores, offering seasonal discounts, social media promotion, and launching new products.
2. Handle administrative tasks for the marketing department, such as applying for government subsidies and relevant licenses, providing necessary documents, and following up until completion.
3. Take charge of external exhibition activities to promote the brand.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
5. Monitor market trends and provide insights that can enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Possess a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in a marketing or assistant role; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
3. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Be proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for effective promotional activities.
5. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
