Responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of restaurant utensils, kitchen equipment, and supplies to ensure they meet health standards.
Assist in sorting and handling used dishes, pots and pans, etc. kitchenware, according to the process for cleaning and disinfection.
Keep the dishwashing area clean and orderly, and clean the drain, strainer, and surrounding environment regularly.
Support the kitchen team's needs by providing clean and usable tableware in a timely manner, and assist with pre- and post-service preparation and clean-up.
Follow food safety and operational procedures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain good work discipline.
Work requirements
Health and wellness, able to adapt to standing work and repetitive labor.
Applicants with restaurant industry experience will be given priority.
Have basic Chinese communication skills, be able to understand simple oral instructions and collaborate with colleagues.
Able to attend the designated part-time shift on time, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Working location is conveniently located in the core area of Shatin Siu Sai Bay, near the MTR station and several bus routes.
Well-performing individuals may be recommended for more shifts or transition to a long-term part-time position.
