As a statutory responsible person under the Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) Act, I fully assume the regulatory compliance responsibilities of trust service providers.
Familiar with the establishment, operation and other business processes of Hong Kong trusts, review and approve trust and company service-related documents to ensure that the terms of the contract, articles of association and customer due diligence investigation are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Regularly submit compliance reports to the board of directors and regulatory agencies, and assist in completing annual audits and inspections.
Establish and improve the internal compliance and governance structure, including risk assessment, policy and operating guidelines.
Guide and train the team, enhance everyone's awareness of AML/CTF, data confidentiality and customer risk rating.
Employment qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, legal, accounting, finance, auditing or Relevant professional background;
Have at least 5 years of compliance, risk control or operational management experience in banks, trust companies or professional service institutions, with at least 3 years of RO or equivalent position experience;
Familiar with the Companies Act, the Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) Act, the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLO) Act and related guidelines;
Applicants with relevant industry qualifications (such as CAMS, ICA, etc.) are preferred;
Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, with good interpersonal coordination and decision-making abilities, able to maintain efficient interactions with regulatory agencies, auditors, lawyers and clients.
