Quantity Surveyor – Façade & Fitting-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for façade and fitting-out works.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts.

• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.

• Conduct site measurements and valuations.

• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Support procurement and material sourcing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in façade and/or fitting-out projects.

• Familiar with local construction practices, codes, and regulations in Mainland China.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Mainland Chinese nationality required due to project and regulatory requirements.
