<p>Job Summary:<br>We are seeking an experienced overseas advertising placement director responsible for developing and managing overseas social media channels, formulating advertising placement strategies, tracking return on investment (ROI), and continuously improving advertising placement effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a monthly budget of over $2 million and should have strong data analysis and team management skills.</p> <p>Main responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for developing and implementing overseas social media advertising strategies to ensure effective brand exposure in the international market.</li> <li>Manage and optimize social media advertising channels, improve ad effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).</li> <li>Track and analyze advertising placement data, provide regular reports to identify improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve sales and brand goals.</li> <li>Lead the advertising placement team, provide guidance and support, and ensure team members’ professional development.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure advertising activities align with the overall market strategy.</li> <li>Research market trends and competitor activities, adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, advertising, communication or related fields. Internet giant candidates are preferred.</li> <li>3 years of overseas advertising experience, with at least 3 years of management position experience.</li> <li>Have successful experience in managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $2 million.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) advertising placement mechanism.</li> <li>Excellent data analysis skills, able to drive decisions based on data.</li> <li>Strong communication and team management skills.</li> <li>Have fluent English skills, those who master other languages are preferred.</li> </ul>
