Job Duties<br><br><ul><li>Handle and prioritize user requests for hardware, software, and networking issues.<br></li><li>Diagnose and resolve routine problems; escalate complex issues.<br></li><li>Use ServiceNow for logging and tracking calls.<br></li><li>Analyze incident reports and recommend improvements.<br></li><li>Coordinate with vendors for defective products.<br></li><li>Test software/hardware for usability.<br></li><li>Maintain knowledge base records.<br></li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair.<br></li><li>Train users on software/hardware.<br></li><li>Install and image personal computers and peripherals.<br></li><li>Manage IT assets and spare equipment.<br></li><li>Troubleshoot handheld scanners, peripherals, and printers.<br></li><li>Stay updated with industry developments.<br></li></ul>Experience:<br><ul><li>Microsoft Windows OS (10+), Office 365, OneDrive, Teams.<br></li><li>Windows troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, security (MFA, GPO, antivirus).<br></li><li>Remote support tools (Admin share, RDP, remote registry).<br></li><li>Desired: Windows scripting, VOIP experience.<br></li></ul>Additional Requirements:<br><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills.<br></li><li>Support production systems outside business hours.<br></li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br></li></ul>Education:<br>BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
