Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in the electric motor, battery, wiring, and controller of an electric vehicle, and implement maintenance and replacement procedures

• Keep vehicle maintenance records, organize and store maintenance tools and parts, and keep the work area clean and orderly

• Comply with the store's work schedule, efficiently complete various maintenance and repair tasks, and ensure service quality

Working hours

10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary range: $20,000 - $25,000, with specific salary negotiable based on personal experience and ability

Job Requirements

Professional qualifications and certificates

• Familiar with the working principle and structure of the core components such as electric vehicle chassis, motor, battery pack, control system, wiring connection, etc.

• Have the practical skills of electric vehicle fault diagnosis, testing, maintenance and debugging, and be able to independently troubleshoot and solve common vehicle faults

• Proficient in the use of various repair tools, testing instruments, standardized operation of maintenance equipment, and ensuring safe operations

• Have basic electrical knowledge, familiar with vehicle wiring layout, and able to handle issues such as wiring aging and short circuits

• Understand the daily maintenance rules for electric vehicles, be able to complete maintenance work according to standards, and extend the service life of the vehicle

Basic qualifications

• Applicants with electric vehicle maintenance-related work experience, familiar with electric vehicle structure and maintenance process, are preferred.

• Work seriously and responsibly, be careful and solid, have good hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities
