IT Technical Support

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Responsible for daily IT desktop maintenance and management, according to the company's existing standards to install software and hardware on computers;</p><p></p><p>3. Timely understand and respond to user needs, troubleshoot problems through telephone communication and on-site visits (within the company) ;</p><p>4. Perform regular checks and timely updates on users' computer systems and IT equipment for fixed asset management and maintenance. </p><p>5. Responsible for the local company's wiring, access control, surveillance, and daily maintenance of audio and video equipment.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p>2. Familiar with mainstream operating systems, understand the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software and peripherals, as well as email client debugging and installation;</p><p>3. Master computer network related knowledge, familiar with various network device settings;</p><p></p><p>5. Be able to respond positively and complete the work tasks assigned by the project team;</p><p></p><p>7.
