Solutions Architect （Retail Industry）

Job Description:

Work closely with our expert virtual team to prepare presentation materials, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for our clients, assist our business development manager, and work on proper quotations.

Meet with our clients together with our Business Development Manager to present/demonstrate the solutions that you designed.

Participate in different marketing events, such as Cloud Conferences and FinTech Week in Hong Kong, promoting Alibaba Cloud.

Responsible for some documentation and materials enhancement/preparation.

Support our clients through email or DingTalk/Video conferences to resolve their issues/problems.

Become a certified Alibaba Cloud Associate/Professional or Expert and specialize in one industry.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of work experience.

A background in IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing with a good understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications, and the cloud.

Knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture design and familiarity with architecture methodology and practice in internet-based applications/websites.

Experience with Java/PHP/Python/Scala/Go/C++ development is preferable.

Able to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. Able to think strategically about businesses, products, and technical challenges.

Good communication skills, a good team player, and a positive attitude towards work.

Candidates with any Cloud provider certificate will be an advantage.

Candidates with Alibaba Cloud ACA/ACP certificates will be a big advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferable.
