Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily patrols and monitoring various safety hazards in the jurisdiction, including but not limited to fire facilities, entry and exit channels, monitoring systems and public area order, ensuring operations comply with relevant laws and internal safety management standards.
Execute front-line security deployments such as access control management, visitor registration and verification, vehicle entry and exit control, and coordinate and handle emergencies or urgent situations as needed.
Regularly inspect and record the operation status of security equipment (such as closed-circuit television, alarm systems, emergency lighting, etc.), and report and follow up the maintenance progress if any abnormalities are found.
Assist in the development and updating of on-site safety operation guidelines, participate in safety drill planning and execution, and enhance team response capability and public safety awareness.
Fill out the shift log, incident report, and handover record as required, ensure information is accurate and complete, and report important safety matters to your supervisor.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to clearly articulate and write basic work documents; understanding Cantonese is a must, those with basic English communication skills are preferred.
Have at least one year of relevant security or on-site supervision experience, familiar with the daily safety management process of commercial buildings, residential properties or public facilities, those with such experience are preferred.
Responsibility and observation, able to independently judge and properly handle general emergencies; good health, able to adapt to shift work (including night shifts), outdoor patrols and standing work.
No criminal record, good character, good service attitude and team spirit, and willing to accept on-the-job training and evaluation.
