Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and advice to customers, assist in matching suitable domestic helpers, and provide professional opinions to solve problems in managing foreign domestic helpers
- Industry and market analysis, identify customer needs and propose solution
- Collaborate with team members to drive project implementation and ensure customer goals are achieved
- Participate in the proposal and development of new projects, support business expansion and strategic planning
- College degree or related professional
- Have at least 2 years of customer service or related work experience, those with industry experience are preferred
- Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, able to independently complete problem analysis
- Master Office office software operation skills
- Have good team spirit and customer service awareness
