What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our sales team at Multisoft, you’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships and driving growth. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with your assigned accounts and contractor partners, creating true long-term partnerships.
• Deliver outstanding pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure every project customer feels valued and supported.
• Actively develop and manage project pipelines to keep opportunities flowing and support the ongoing success of the team.
• Hit your sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
• Spot new business opportunities, reach out to potential customers, and help expand our client base.
• Stay ahead by gathering market insights and keeping tabs on what competitors are doing.
• Follow up on projects and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Promote our IT solutions and services with enthusiasm to both existing and prospective clients.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed — we’re a collaborative team!
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet you if you have:
• A Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (a big plus, but not essential).
• A genuine customer-first attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
