Salesperson

• Responsible for daily cashiering operations, including cash, electronic payment, and other settlement processes, to ensure accurate and error-free transactions

• Provide warm and polite reception services to customers, answer inquiries and assist in selecting goods to enhance the shopping experience

• Keep the sales area clean and orderly, display goods according to standards, and replenish stocks in a timely manner to maintain adequate inventory

• Assist with handling returns and exchanges, invoice issuance, and other counter administrative affairs, following the company's service process

• Assist the team in completing daily opening and closing procedures, and perform basic inventory and equipment checks

• Aged 18 or above, with good communication skills, able to have fluent conversations in Cantonese, and those who understand Mandarin are preferred

• Have basic computer operations knowledge, and be able to quickly learn the cashier system and in-store operations

• Work attitude is serious and responsible, attention to details, able to adapt to repetitive work and maintain service enthusiasm

• Can work on weekends, public holidays, and late shifts, with time management skills and punctuality

• Applicants with retail or customer service experience will be given priority, and those with no experience are also welcome to apply
