The Role

We are seeking a former or current banker with deep financial expertise and relationship management experience to drive our investor relations strategy. This role is tailored for banking professionals ready to leverage their industry insights into a strategic, client-facing career.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Investor Engagement

  • Develop and execute IR strategies targeting financial institutions, private banks, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

  • Build trust with investors by translating complex financial products (e.g., structured credit, securitization) into compelling narratives.

  1. Banking Network Activation

  • Utilize your existing banking relationships to identify and onboard strategic investors.

  • Collaborate with corporate banking teams to co-design bespoke financing solutions.

  1. Regulatory & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor regulatory trends in banking and credit markets to align investor communication with compliance requirements.

  • Provide insights on macroeconomic shifts impacting investor behavior.

  1. Performance Reporting

  • Prepare quarterly reports, investor presentations, and ESG disclosures tailored to institutional standards.

  • Lead roadshows and capital markets events across APAC and Europe.

Who We Want

  • Banking Background: 5+ years in corporate banking, investment banking, or private banking, with exposure to credit products or wealth management.

  • Relationship Builder: Proven track record in managing HNWI/UHNWI clients or institutional accounts.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III).

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and investor reporting platforms.

  • Language: Native Cantonese & professional English; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and passionate about fintech innovation.
