Supply Chain & Procurement Director (Director of Supply Chain & Procurement)
Job Responsibilities
3. Deepen strategic partnership with core suppliers, promote joint planning, information sharing and collaborative improvement, ensure priority supply of critical materials, cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
5. Conduct a full life cycle cost analysis, identify and drive sustainable cost optimization projects; coordinate design and continuous optimization of cross-border logistics paths, customs declaration, warehouse allocation and fund settlement processes, and improve the overall response speed and operating efficiency of the supply chain.
Work requirements
1. More than 15 years of experience in supply chain management or strategic procurement in the electronic manufacturing industry, semiconductor trade or related industries in Mainland China, with a track record of successfully building a cross-regional supply network and leading large-scale supplier integration projects.
2. In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry ecosystem, especially familiar with the technical architecture, process characteristics, application scenarios, mainstream vendor landscape, and market supply and demand dynamics of NAND Flash, controller chips, and other key storage components.
3. Have excellent business negotiation skills, precise cost structure disassembly and modeling ability, complex procurement contract terms and risk control experience, and the ability to predict and respond to multiple risks such as supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical events.
4. Education and language: Bachelor's degree or above, engineering, business or related fields are preferred. Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and business English.
