Job Description

Job Duties:

Perform measurement and estimation tasks
Assist in Quantity Surveying (QS) duties, including payment processing and handling variations
Support contract administration activities

Job Requirements:

Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, energetic, and self-initiated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
