Job Description: We are an exciting startup seeking an innovative and highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development and technical operations of our mobile application, Unlock Heart. This app is designed to help users record life moments, manage emotions, and provide emotional support through AI technology. This position is initially a one-year contract, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role upon contract completion, offering long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and monitor project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Oversee the work of external development teams, ensuring technical quality and security.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Linear) to track project progress and task allocation.
• Leverage data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze user behavior and market data, providing insights for product improvements.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
• Design the technical architecture, ensuring system stability, scalability, and security.
• Manage version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), handling code management and access permissions.
• Manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), handling app deployment and operations.
• Set up and maintain data security measures, including encryption techniques and VPN setups, ensuring a secure remote work environment.
• Maintain and update the system post-launch, ensuring stable application performance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive technological innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development and project management.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Linear, Slack) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TestFlight).
• Experience in version control management (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), data security, and cloud environment setups.
• Strong awareness of data security, with knowledge of E2E encryption techniques being a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven work attitude.

• Make data-driven decisions, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
• Responsible for technical architecture design, ensuring system stability, scalability, and security.
• Manage version control systems (such as GitHub, GitLab), handle code management and access permissions.
• Manage cloud environments (such as AWS, Google Cloud), responsible for application deployment and operation and maintenance.
• Set up and maintain data security measures, including encryption technology and VPN settings, to ensure a secure remote work environment.
• After the application is deployed, responsible for system maintenance and updates to ensure the application runs smoothly.
• Provide technical support, solve technical problems, and promote technological innovation.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3-5 years of mobile application development and project management experience.
• Familiar with using project management tools (such as JIRA, Trello, Linear, Slack) and data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, TestFlight).
• Have experience in version control management (such as GitHub, GitLab), data security, and cloud environment setup.
• Good data security awareness, familiar with E2E encryption technology is preferred.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated work attitude.
