Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile game projects from concept through launch and live operations.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication of timelines and milestones to all stakeholders.
Work with team leads to allocate resources effectively and manage scope changes to maintain project integrity and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, providing clear and concise updates to both the team and senior management. Facilitate decision-making and remove impediments.
Ensure project goals are aligned with market opportunities, user acquisition strategies, and overall company KPIs
Coordinate with the Live Operations and Marketing teams to plan and execute post-launch content updates, events, and promotions seamlessly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a mobile gaming, tech, or digital marketing environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to launch.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
