專案協調員

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing projects.
• Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Calculate and track timesheets for project team members.
• Prepare and organize tender documentation for project bids.
• Attend meetings and accurately record minutes for distribution.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist project managers and team members to ensure project success.
• Help in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
