Job Responsibilities

Execute regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, and component replacements as part of a predetermined maintenance plan;
Assist the electrical and mechanical engineer in the installation supervision, testing and commissioning, and acceptance support of the newly installed elevator;
Fill out complete maintenance records, failure reports, and work logs, and submit them to your supervisor for review on time;
Comply with the Hong Kong Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618) and related legislation, implement safety operating procedures and on-site risk assessment.

Work requirements

Have at least 3 years of practical experience in elevator installation, maintenance or repair in Hong Kong or overseas, familiar with mainstream brands (such as Otis, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, etc.) Equipment structure and control system;
Have basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical drafting ability, be able to read circuit diagrams, mechanical diagrams and technical manuals, and independently complete common fault diagnosis and elimination;
Preference will be given to those with a valid Hong Kong driving license (private car or light truck), who must be able to accommodate mobile field arrangements and cross-regional support;
