Bank Counter Checker

<p>**Job Responsibilities:** <br>- Supervise and support the counter service, ensure service quality and normal operation. <br>- Continuously audit daily counter transactions to ensure branch operations comply with relevant policies, guidelines and procedures. <br>- Assist in handling sudden situations at the counter and provide immediate solutions to maintain high-efficiency service. <br>- Work closely with front-line teams to optimize check-out processes and enhance customer experiences. <br>- Regularly report on operations and make improvement suggestions to strengthen internal control.<br><br>**Work requirements: **<br>- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a bank Checker. <br>- Familiar with bank teller business process and related regulatory requirements. <br>- Careful and meticulous, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit. <br>- Able to handle problems independently and remain calm and judgmental under pressure. <br>- Proficient in Chinese writing and oral expression, with basic English skills being particularly desirable.</p>
