<p>Key Areas of Responsibilities</p> <p>1.Work with business owners and function heads to define and implement Digital IT transformation strategies for achieving business growth objectives. Create business value through technologies while ensure the IT Delivery Technologies, Services & Procedures lead to outcomes in lines with business goals and to conduct sharing with Business Executives in IT service deliver roadmap and implementation progress.</p> <p>2.To oversee digital IT system implementation programs/projects in Greater China for all business applications (including capabilities enhancements and support for different SAP landscapes plus 100+ non-SAP systems in China, HK and TW). Ensure systems are well architected to support business operations in most economical, secured, scalable and stable manner. Review and manage digital IT systems and services delivery budgets, schedule, risk, resources, and technologies in delivering and support Digital IT implementation and rollout services</p> <p>3.As the project manager to lead and manage major system implementations and rollout, including ERP/SAP implementations and major upgrade in HK, TW and new regions</p> <p>4.Design, transform and manage the digital investment framework including vendor management covering vendor evaluation, contracts/SOW negotiations, project management, deliverables, budget and cost control for HK, TW and new regions</p> <p>5.Review and manage IT business application daily support. Ensure stable and reliable IT services based on agreed SLA.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>1. University graduate in computer science and/or other relevant studies</p> <p>2. Certified SAP consultant (preferred)</p> <p>3. Minimum 15 years IT relevant experience with strong beverages industry experience and/or consulting knowledge.Strong SAP full cycle Enterprise Resources Management System implementations and multiple years programme management such as S4 HANA and other related IT systems support services.Prior project management and team management experience.Possess strong knowledge in SAP and/or other relevant technical areas</p> <p>4. In depth consulting and implementation knowledge in major ERP application (e.g. SAP), including business application areas such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and Product Cost, Sales, Distribution Delivery and Settlement, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Cold Drink and Full Service Vending Management etc.Strong leadership in establishing new effective operating models to drive value and delivery.Financial Acumen.Knowledge of beverages business.Agile delivery, transformation experience, change management</p> <p>5. Create business value through technology, while ensuring IT delivers technical, service, and process outcomes that align with business goals, and share implementation progress with business leaders on the IT service delivery roadmap.<br>2. Supervise the implementation plan/project of all business applications in the Greater China region (including functional enhancements and support for different SAP landscapes as well as 100+ non-SAP systems in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). Ensure that the system architecture is good, supporting business operations in the most economical, secure, scalable, and stable way. Review and manage the digital IT system and service delivery budget, schedule, risks, resources, and technology to deliver and support digital IT implementation and service launch<br>3. As a project manager, lead and manage the implementation and deployment of major systems, including ERP/SAP implementation and major upgrades in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the New Territories<br><br>5. Review and manage daily support for IT business applications. Ensure stable and reliable IT services according to the agreed SLA.</p> <p>Position requirements<br>1. Have in-depth consulting and implementation knowledge of major ERP applications (such as SAP), including business application areas such as financial accounting, cost accounting and product cost, sales, distribution and settlement, factory maintenance, warehouse management, transportation management, cold drinks and all-round service automatic vending management, etc. Strong leadership ability, establish new and effective operating models to drive value and delivery.
