<p>Our client is looking for a young and energetic IT Support to join their team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner</li><li>Keep IT Manager and Helpdesk aware of the status of current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected</li><li>Promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems</li><li>Perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours</li><li>Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities</li><li>Manage meeting room facilities readiness and troubleshoot when problems arise</li><li>Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally</li><li>Remain contactable via phone during out of office hours</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a technology support role</li><li>Trade floor or financial services IT experience will be an advantage</li><li>Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCITP/MCSE)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)</li><li><strong>Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms</strong></li><li>Good troubleshooting skills</li></ul>
