<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder</li><li>Minimum 4 year solid experience in Sales Management or Business Development or related field</li><li>Previous work experience inHealth Supplement Product industry is a must</li><li>Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese</li><li>Proficient in MS Office application</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><ul><li>Formulate sales strategies to ensure delivery of quarterly / annual sales plan and to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit objectives</li><li>Optimize the development and expansion of all sales channels</li><li>Formulate channel sales strategy and planning</li><li>Explore business opportunities with existing customers base and develop new customer in various segments</li><li>Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, potential partners, and product suppliers to maximize business opportunities</li><li>Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings, consumer trends and distribution channels to sustain competitiveness of company products</li><li>Participates in business development</li><li>Work closely with marketing team to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business results</li><li>Report directly to the Boss and lead a team of 2 Sales Executive, and 15 frontline sales staff</li></ul><p>Job Offer</p><ul><li>Double Pay</li><li>Discretionary Bonus</li><li>Medical Benefit</li><li>5 Days work week</li></ul><p></p><p>Interested parties please send your full resume, expected salary and availability by email to sharon@besteam.com.hk</p>
