Junior Interior Designer ($20,000–$30,000 per month)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist senior designers in executing the full-stage design work from concept to project completion, covering residential, commercial and office spaces of diverse types;
Screen and purchase furniture, building materials and decorative surface materials, and coordinate sample management and reporting;
Participate in spatial planning analysis, draw floor plans, elevation plans and construction plans, and use SketchUp and other tools to create basic 3D visualization effects;
Coordinate with furniture suppliers, building materials manufacturers and construction units to ensure that the specifications of the materials, delivery schedule and site requirements are consistent;
Organize design materials, update project progress files, and assist in preparing customer presentations and design solution demonstrations;
Work requirements:
Hold a higher diploma or associate degree in interior design, building environment or related fields;
Have basic professional software operation skills, including AutoCAD (able to draw basic construction drawings), SketchUp (able to model and render simple scenes), and Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator used for visual integration);
Have acute perception and aesthetic judgment of color matching, material texture, proportion scale and space streamline;
Have good time management and multi-task processing skills, be able to deliver design support tasks on time and proactively track progress;
Cantonese is the main working language, with basic English reading and writing abilities (able to understand design specifications, material instructions and email communication), and Mandarin communication skills as a bonus;
No experience required, fresh graduates or those with less than one year of internship/assistant experience are welcome to apply;
Hold one of the following valid work permits in Hong Kong: Hong Kong permanent resident identity, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa, or other valid work permit.
