Recommend suitable bank products, wealth management tools and investment services to help customers achieve their asset allocation and financial planning goals
Achieve personal and team sales performance goals, regularly submit business progress reports and customer analysis summaries
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as credit, compliance, products, and operations to ensure high-quality delivery of customer service processes that are efficient, smooth, and seamless
Continuously monitor local and global market dynamics, regulatory policy changes and competitive strategies, and enhance business acuity and market resilience
Enthusiastic about sales work, with proactive business development and sincere service-oriented attitude
Applicants with financial institution-related work experience are preferred, familiar with retail banking, wealth management, funds, insurance or investment products
Have excellent communication and expression skills and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to flexibly respond to different background customer needs
Have basic financial analysis skills, understand customer income and expenditure structure, assets and liabilities situation and financial pain points, and propose reasonable suggestions
Emphasize professional ethics and compliance awareness, with a high sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and team spirit
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for daily business communication and document processing
