<p>Main responsibilities<br>1. Investor communication and relationship maintenance<br>• Direct communication with foreign institutional investors and analysts (including roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and conference calls) to accurately convey the company's strategy, financial performance, and industry advantages.<br>• Arrange and participate in overseas investor meetings, industry summits, and reverse roadshows.<br>• Write English versions of investor materials (such as performance presentation slides), ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure requirements and international investor habits.<br>2. Capital markets/Industry feedback and insights<br>• Monitor and analyze foreign investors’ dynamic holding of the company, investment preferences and competitive situation among peers, and regularly provide capital market insights to the management. <br>• Monitor and analyze semiconductor industry trends, technology deployment, and financial indicators of industry-related companies.<br>3. Cross-border listing compliance and information disclosure<br>• Collaborate with compliance consultants, lawyers and auditing institutions to ensure the consistency of H-share disclosure with A-share, and coordinate the two sides Regulatory compliance requirements.<br>• Participate in the compilation of Hong Kong stock exchange announcement documents, and assist in handling cross-border information disclosure issues related to language conversion (Chinese and English) and cultural adaptation. <br>4. Crisis management and brand maintenance<br>• Participate in the development of communication strategies in the event of capital market volatility or negative industry events, and maintain company stock price stability and market trust.<br>________________________________________<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Basic qualifications<br>• Education: Master's degree or above, finance, economics, electronic / semiconductor related fields.<br><br>• Experience:<br>o More than 5 years of investor relations, cross-border investment banking or sell-side/buy-side research experience, those with Hong Kong IR practical experience are preferred.<br>o Familiar with the semiconductor industry supply chain, technical terminology and financial models, those with relevant work background are preferred.<br><br>Core competencies<br>• Communication skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to accurately interpret technical concepts as investment language, and adapt to high-intensity roadshows and accompanying translation scenes.<br>• Analytical skills: Proficient in using Bloomberg, Wind, etc. tools to analyze shareholder structure, with market dynamics judgment ability.<br>• Stress resistance: able to adapt to cross-border business trips, non-working hours responding to investor inquiries and quickly adapting to regulatory changes. <br>• Professional ethics: Strong sense of responsibility, strict adherence to business secrets, and self-discipline. </p>
