Full responsibility for daily operations and management of the store, ensure continuous improvement in service quality and operating efficiency, and achieve the store's sales and profit targets.
Based on the company's strategic plan, develop a store operation plan, combine backend sales, foot traffic, and cost data analysis, and adjust marketing strategies and execution plans in a timely manner.
Coordinate commodity management and inventory turnover, rationally control losses, ensure food freshness and supply stability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsible for brand image maintenance and promotion at the store level, coordinating and handling daily public relations affairs, and strengthening customer brand awareness and loyalty.
Work requirements
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the chain restaurant industry, with actual store management experience, familiar with the chain restaurant operation system and standardized processes.
Proficient in using a dining management system for data analysis, able to propose effective improvement measures based on data and drive their implementation.
Have strong communication and expression skills and problem-solving abilities, effectively coordinate front-end and back-end work, and improve team collaboration efficiency.
Adaptability to work in Hong Kong and Macau, holding valid travel documents, and complying with local labor laws and regulations.
