Job Description

Duties:

1. Fully responsible for the construction and management of the company's compliance and legal team, review and approve major investments, important decisions, and important contracts of the company, and provide legal opinions;

2. Responsible for company contract management, build company contract management process and formulate relevant contract rules and regulations;

3. Responsible for identifying and avoiding legal risks in the company's project investment and expansion stage, execution stage and project closure stage;

4. Responsible for risk control in the company's projects, company-type civil litigation and criminal case prevention, and maintaining the company's legitimate rights;

5. Responsible for the training and management of the legal compliance team in Hong Kong, and for coordinating with Hong Kong regulatory rules to standardize the internal rules and regulations of the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience;

2. Have experience in law firms, legal and compliance departments, and at least 5 years of management experience;

3. Familiar with the watch regulations of both the mainland and Hong Kong, you can travel between Hong Kong and the mainland;

4. Good character, strong ability, and acceptance of company culture;

5. Accept IANG visa, high-end talent visa.
