Job overview

You will assist customers in obtaining suitable personal loan solutions while promoting your company's AI-based loan matching platform in the Hong Kong market.

Main responsibilities

Relationship maintenance: As the primary point of contact for customers, manage service processes and ensure they have a high-quality experience.

Market expansion: Actively contact potential customers, promote innovative financial loan models, enhance brand awareness and market penetration rate.

Customer communication: Handling customer inquiries, following up on loan application cases, and improving conversion rates through professional telesales (Telesales).

Position requirements

Education: Hong Kong permanent resident, holding a associate degree or bachelor's degree or above.

Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of customer service or customer relationship management experience. Those with banking, telecommunications or insurance industry background and immediate employment are given priority.

Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills, those with telemarketing and sales experience are preferred.

Language: Fluent Cantonese and familiar with Chinese input method.
