Job Responsibilities
1. Close physical stores: Actively explore potential stores for transfer, negotiate transfer intentions; conduct on-site evaluation of store value, formulate transfer plans, including brand franchising, co-branding, etc. Negotiate with the team to complete contract signing, payment settlement, etc. throughout the process;
2. Market research and analysis: Collect business transfer/investment opportunities, analyze industry competition, profit models and risks, and form promotion materials.
3. Business negotiation and transaction assistance: Coordinate customer and seller communication on price and contract terms, and leverage professionals to ensure compliant transaction completion.
5. Customer relationship maintenance: Regularly follow up on customer needs, develop new resources through online and offline channels, and provide personalized investment advice.
