Close physical stores: Actively explore potential stores for transfer, negotiate transfer intentions; conduct on-site evaluation of store value, formulate transfer plans, including brand franchising, co-branding, etc. Negotiate with the team to complete contract signing, payment settlement, etc. throughout the process;</p><p> 2. Market research and analysis: Collect business transfer/investment opportunities, analyze industry competition, profit models and risks, and form promotion materials.</p><p> 3. Business negotiation and transaction assistance: Coordinate customer and seller communication on price and contract terms, and leverage professionals to ensure compliant transaction completion. </p><p></p><p>5.
