Job Description
Main responsibilities:
General administrative work
Handling phone orders, responding to customer needs
Maintain good customer relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs to enhance services
Requirements:
Applicants with customer service experience are preferred
Must understand Chinese and English input methods (quick/Chuangjie)
Understand and use MS Office
Prioritization for immediate or short-term employment
Working hours and location:
10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Working five days a week, rotating days off, and Sunday as a fixed day off
Benefits:
