Key Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations in the Japanese market, including handling customer inquiries and orders, and coordinating communication between factories and logistics departments.

• Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales documentation

Prepare quotes and sales documents, and follow up with customers

• Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service

Support the sales team and provide quality customer service

• Assist with product training sessions to enhance product knowledge for effective customer support

• Keep tracking on shipment dispatch and arrival status

Continuously track goods from delivery to arrival

• Co-ordinate with internal parties for inventory planning, stock control and logistics arrangement

Coordinate with internal departments on inventory planning, inventory control, and logistics arrangements

Entry Requirements:

• High Diploma or above

• Minimum two years of relevant experience would be an advantage

Applicants with two or more years of relevant work experience are preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Aggressive, hardworking, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges

Active and hard-working, able to work independently, and willing to accept challenges

• Self-motivated and a good team player

Self-driven, with good team spirit

• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are all good

• Japanese speaking is an advantage

Preference will be given to those who understand Japanese conversation

• Immediate available is an advantage
