Legal Officer

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for overseas project-related contract review, able to independently draft, review various types of Chinese and English contracts, and participate in contract negotiations;</p><p>2. Organize and establish overseas company-related management systems and corresponding processes;</p><p>3. Responsible for the collection, sorting, analysis and summary of overseas regional laws and regulations and relevant policies, combining the company's actual situation to provide comprehensive legal advice to the company's overseas projects and related business decisions in a timely manner, and conducting compliance reviews and risk analyses on related business operations;</p><p>4. Responsible for the company's other legal affairs. </p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Legal profession, bachelor's degree or above, with a lawyer's qualification certificate (A certificate);</p><p>2. Familiar with foreign laws, overseas game or Internet industry legal affairs with at least one year of work experience;</p><p>3. Have strong communication skills and team spirit, have excellent language expression ability, word understanding ability, analysis and adaptation ability, and English can be used as a working language;</p><p>4. Responsibility, strong execution ability, solid, detailed, rigorous, and orderly work, and good at proactive learning, thinking, and summary. </p><p></p><p>Need to bring your own visa</p>
