Responsible for team building and management, supervise the school selection team in terms of service, consultation, demand discovery and customer maintenance, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide business guidance, assist team members in professionally answering consultant questions, develop reasonable and targeted solutions, and effectively promote signature conversions.
Lead the department to complete the systematization of student information and statistical analysis, continuously optimize the resource collection and sorting mechanism, actively develop new enrollment channels and expand external publicity paths.
Guide department members to strictly follow the company's process and system standards, provide professional services to customers, and assist in solving various education problems that students may encounter during their study in Hong Kong.
Develop departmental training plans to enhance the professional skills and service skills of school counselors, while also planning departmental performance targets and product development paths, and fully implementing management work.
Work requirements
Have fluent Cantonese, bachelor's degree or above, and Hong Kong school graduates are preferred.
Familiar with the academic system and admission evaluation knowledge of Hong Kong kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools, and familiar with the application process and key points of various schools.
Have excellent communication skills and affinity, strong customer service awareness, and be able to efficiently handle customer needs and feedback.
Strong self-motivation, excellent learning and stress resistance abilities, clear performance goal orientation, and personal participation in actual performance output.
Proficient in using office software for data processing and report production, with basic data analysis skills.
Able to work full-time in a office environment, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
