We are a headhunter named Alpha HR. Currently, we are assisting various banks in expanding their teams of Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists.
Duties include:
- Managing relationships with our prestigious clients
- Acquiring, developing, and retaining relationships with a portfolio of prestigious clients
- Assisting clients in articulating their needs and delivering results that exceed client expectations
- Understanding clients on both personal and professional levels to grasp their short-term and long-term financial goals - Providing financial advice leading to personalized strategies aimed at wealth creation and asset preservation
- Achieving agreed-upon key performance indicators and profit growth through the cultivation of existing and new prestigious client relationships
- Enhancing client loyalty by fulfilling their needs directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
- Cultivating a prestigious team culture and fostering a strong sense of team spirit to boost team loyalty towards the bank
- Adhering to bank compliance guidelines
Who are we seeking?
Requirements:
- University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field - Must pass IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3) and HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8) - Minimum 2 years of direct sales/tele-sales experience in banking/call center
- Experience working in a client-facing environment, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building capabilities
- Strong sales focus and customer orientation, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of customer-centric thinking, committed to delivering exceptional quality services for customers
- Deep understanding and keen interest in financial markets
- Maturity and independence, capable of functioning effectively under pressure - Strong commercial acumen with sharp interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, proficient in Mandarin
- Advantageous if you have prior experience as a Relationship Manager
