Loan Operation Officer - Unsecured Lending

Key Responsibilities:

ž Performing loan administration tasks, including processing and monitoring loan transactions.

ž Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in loan operations.

ž Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for loan-related matters.

ž Maintaining accurate loan records and preparing necessary documentation.

ž Assisting in the reconciliation of loan accounts and resolving discrepancies.

ž Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

ž Providing support for audit and compliance reviews related to loan operations.

ž Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head.

Requirements:

ž At least 2 years of working experience in loan operations, experience in unsecured lending is a plus

ž Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner

ž Work collaboratively with team member

ž Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls

ž Good of written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
