The company is dedicated to driving innovation in connectivity and smart technologies.</p><p>Location: Lai Chi Kok, with potential travel to customer locations.</p><p>Nature: 12 months Contract</p><p></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Assistant Infrastructure Manager (Systems & Network Operations)</strong></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT Team, including end-user support, project management, vendor management, and infrastructure support.</p><p>• Perform server and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.</p><p>• Maintain various IT infrastructure components such as hardware (servers, storage, network equipment), virtual platforms, Active Directory, and email systems.</p><p>• Monitor server room capacities and environmental controls, including power supply and air conditioning.</p><p>• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including cabinet drawings and cable runs.</p><p>• Design, review, and deliver IT synergy projects, infrastructure upgrade initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p><p>• Provide both supervision and hands-on support for service requests, incidents, and change management related to server/network and system monitoring.</p><p>• Manage IT services with external vendors, including application, system, data center providers, telecommunication companies, and IT hardware/software license providers.</p><p>• Assist in managing IT procurement costs and budgets, handle IT audit-related tasks, and provide monthly expense updates to the Finance department.</p><p>• Enhance and improve the effectiveness of documentation and analysis for system and business processes, and manage IT infrastructure/communications project management for IT and applications.</p><p>• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT policies and security procedures.</p><p>• Manage purchasing requisitions and control IT assets and licenses.</p><p>• Initiate and drive improvement actions to enhance overall IT service delivery.</p><p>• Perform any assigned tasks, including shift duties or long holiday standby, as needed.</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• Possess at least 5 years of work experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.</p><p>• Demonstrate effective leadership, management, and mentorship skills.</p><p>• Ability to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions promptly.</p><p>• Exhibit an IT service-oriented mindset and effective coordination skills with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors, and solution providers, including appropriate escalation tactics.</p><p>• Capable of managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) services.</p><p>• Be versatile with excellent interpersonal skills and proven strong leadership abilities.</p><p>• Working experience in the hospitality and/or F&B industry is considered an advantage.</p><p>• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a good command of overall communication skills.</p><p></p>
