Supervise the daily operation of the service apartment, including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the apartment’s facilities and also other property operation
Support the property operations of the building, including cleaning, repair and maintenance services
Supervises a team of frontline operational staff
Plan and organize various recreation activities
Prepare and compile the operational reports and relevant management documents, etc
Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
Handle customer's enquirer and complaints
Requirements:
Independent, strong supervisory and leadership skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
