<p>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>2. Communicate with customers, understand their needs, discover their purchasing intentions, and facilitate their transactions;<br>3. Continuously provide satisfactory services to existing customers, strengthen trust relationships and customer loyalty, and drive sales growth;<br>4. According to the tasks assigned by the superior, independently formulate and implement detailed business plans, maintain sales progress, and regularly report progress to the superior;<br>5. Apply strategies and techniques in the sales process, and negotiate with business partners, surgeons, hospital administrators and purchasing departments;<br>6. Use products and clinical knowledge to demonstrate and explain products;<br>7. Provide information, advice and training to medical and surgical professionals, and clinical support to the operating room when necessary;<br>8. Prepare orders for customers and follow up on order implementation, chase payment, and shorten the accounts receivable cycle;<br>9. Attend professional conferences, seminars and business meetings, identify potential new customers and expand customer contact.</p><p>Requirements:<br><br>2. Have at least 2 years of international medical device related product sales/marketing work experience;<br>3. Language ability: English as a working language (reference CET6, IELTS>6, TOEFL>78, BEC>V) ;<br>4. Excellent language expression and persuasion skills;<br>5. Excellent product demonstrations and marketing skills;<br>6. Interpersonal relationship skills: Like to build and maintain connections with customers;<br><br>8. Excellent organizational and coordination skills and analytical and judgmental abilities;<br>9. Have some negotiation skills;<br>10. Adapt to overseas business trips and cross-time zone work. </p>
